Good Things In Store
I've finally heard a peep from the U of A... it looks like they're sending me some good news in the mail.
Which means I'll probably be staying in Edmonton next year.
What the Philosophers say about reality is often as deceptive as when you see a sign in a second-hand store that reads: Pressing Done Here. If you went in with your clothes to have them pressed you would be fooled; the sign is for sale.

A fire broke out backstage in a theatre. The Clown came out to warn the public; they thought it was a joke and applauded. He repeated it; the acclaim was even greater. I think that's just how the world will come to an end: to general applause from wits who believe it's a joke.

Yay for positive news from universities! And yay for possibilities of your continued presence for next year game nights - hopefully they'll be more common than they were this year. Though then you'll have entered the insane world of grad studies . . .
Irene said. . . You know what bugs me? how my name always always ends up without a capital 'I' at the beginning, when I post a comment. Seriously, what do the creators of this blog think - that everyone doesn't like capitals? I'm adding my own 'Irene said' so I can have my capital 'I'. :)
that is great news hearing about the UVA and the possiblity of staying in Edmonton and finishing school.
I am happy for you
