The Tragical History of a Hapless Mobile Phone User.

Even after being a Telus customer for eight years, it seems the only way to get a phone replacement is to sign a (minimum two-year with a discontinued phone) contract.
Why do we do these things to ourselves?

Dan, you could just PAY for a new phone, and switch it over (with a $25.00 upgrade fee).
