Is there any significance to receiving two fortunes in the same cookie?

I like the use of the imperative in the second fortune. It's not just a statement about the future, it's a command! Like the voice of God, but without any authority or relevance.

The (Vietnamese?) doughnut-style green onion cakes are much better than the usual pancake-style green onion cakes. Moist and yummy on the inside, golden and crispy on the outside.
